Hey Brendan , Welcome back to the Knowledge Xfer! Last week we showed you how you can attach PDFs and images to your events, right in the event record. You have always been able to used ConnectSx to save and store pics of the patient sticker and the device labels. NOW you can also save any PDF documents you might need. To learn more, check it out here. This week we're going to show you how to easily see which kits are scheduled to cover upcoming cases.
Every new feature we develop is designed to add value to your business; and what better way to do that than by helping you plan your upcoming cases to make sure you have their inventory needs covered. After all, if you can't cover cases you can't get paid. Now when you assign containers to an Event–signifying that the container will be used in that case–you can view those containers in a Calendar view. This makes it easy to see how many cases a container is scheduled to cover and on which days, making it easy to visually identify any gaps, double bookings, or short turnaround times.
