Hey Brendan, Welcome back to the Knowledge Xfer! In our last issue we showed you how you can bill for inventory from a 3rd party manufacturer or supplier as your organization. If you missed it, check it out here. This week we're going to highlight a brand new feature many of our customers have been asking for: The ability for reps and distributors to make inventory requests without logging in (even if they don't have a licensed account)! Using a unique link, specific to your organization, reps and distributors can complete and submit an inventory request from any browser without logging in. Seriously?!? What's the catch? Actually, there is one: the individual making the request must use a valid email address that exists as a custodian in your account. This "partial authentication" ensures no random inventory requests from people you don't know. And the best part: using this form will put the request directly into the Console for you. So no more email-phone-call-text-message wrangling of inventory requests from the field. Just given them the link, and that's it. To learn more, check out our Knowledge Base!
