This week we're showing off some big changes to our reporting functionality. Namely, where are they?

 

You might have noticed that our Report Visualizations section disappeared from the navigation menu. Well, not to worry! They're not gone, we've just relocated them to show them in context to how and where you'll be using them.

Now, if you're in the Events section and want to look at sales reports, you won't need to leave that screen in order to run a visualization. Just click on the pie chart icon next to the search to bring up the report visualizations (see the image above).

We also recently announced that, starting in 2024, historical reports will no longer be stored in the ConnectSx Platform. You can (and should) read up on that here.
