In last week's Knowledge Xfer (our milestone 50th edition) we talked about our upcoming release, slated for the second week of October. To support you as you dive into the new features of this release, we are hosting our first Webinar to review the best of the new features and show you how to take advantage of them. This week we're highlighting an important (and often requested) update to the ConnectSx Event Statuses that everyone should know about. With 4.2.0 of the Console:

  • "Closed" Events will now be referred to as "Pending PO"

  • "Completed" Events will now be referred to as "Pending Payment"

 

Based on your feedback we believe these new statuses more accurately reflect terminology regularly used and will make it easier to quickly find and understand the current stage of each event. Check out more in our KB.
