As you prepare for your end of year inventory audits , we hope you found last week’s issue helpful. As a reminder, that's where we talked through how to print images of devices or containers on your container device lists to simplify auditing or restocking trays. If you missed it this week, we got you.

This week we wanted to highlight a key step when you’re entering a new Physician or other directory record: Physician Assignments.

We’ve spent a lot of time emphasizing the importance of assigning your manufacturers, products, facilities, etc. to your users so they are selectable when creating Events. An equally important step is assigning your Procedures, Products, and Facilities to your Physicians.

This is key because it creates the linkages between your Physicians and the Procedures they do, the Facilities they work in, and the products they use. This makes it super easy for your users to select the correct options when creating their events and helps you ensure data integrity across your cases!
