Hey Brendan , Welcome back to the Knowledge Xfer! Last week we showcased a number of awesome improvements to our inventory request functionality. We recently implemented changes to request recipes, the overall request workflow, and how you select your product line in a request. If you missed it, check out the whole email here. This week we're highlighting a new improvement to Events that will ensure you have all the documents associated with a case in one central location: PDF attachments.
You've always been able to attach images to an event under the Patient Sticker or the Device Labels section; very useful for providing images of how devices were used, how a device might be damaged, or images of device labels. But maybe you also have important documents that should be associated with the case, such as the Purchase Order or an invoice from an external system. Well now you don't have to rely on emailing those documents around; just store them right inside the Event record! And get this: PDFs can be added to the Event even after the event is closed!
