Last week’s Knowledge Xfer showed off the improvements we’ve made to the Report Visualizations, so hopefully you’ve had a chance to dabble in your data! If not, you can still find it here.

This week we’re continuing to highlight what’s new by focusing on a new automated feature: Auto-Sending the Sales Order after a Case.

 

 

As a sales rep or distributor, time can get tight when you’re running from case to case, making sure your inventory is ready, and managing the provider relationship. We get it, sometimes things get missed, or at the very least have to wait until later.

Well, now you can take one more thing off your plate with ConnectSx. With our new feature enabled, the Sales Order can automatically be sent to the facility contact as soon as the Case has been submitted for billing. Phew! Glad that’s taken care of.
