Using the Container Turn Report

Are you struggling to keep tabs on how often your containers are turning in the field? We have a report for that. The report counts the number of Events the container as associated with during a given date range.

Note: Only containers that have been assigned to case, trial or sample event types will be included in this report. The date range is based on the Event Date entered on the event.

  1. Navigate to the Reports Screen of the Console.

  2. Scroll down to the Container Turn Report

  3. Select your date range

  4. Either Select your specific container ID’s or check “Select All”

  5. Run the report

  6. When the report is complete, download the file.

You’ll notice when you look at the data that you’ll see the container ID, the Current Custodian, and the number of container turns from the given date range.
