How to view Device Movement History

In this recent article we discuss how to log device movement for inventory, which is in the field in a user’s custody, but not necessarily in the user’s possession using vTrakr. Recently we also released this functionality for the Console, and it is able to be used by other user types than just Sales. This can mean tracking inventory delivery status or where a container is in the SPD process. This is useful information when trying to keep track inventory or in audit situations, and so you may be wondering how you can easily look up this info…

1. Use search/filters to look up the container or item you would like to track.

2. When you’ve found the inventory you are looking for click on the detail screen.

3. Scroll down to the “History of Movement” section

4. Click on a development from the list to expand its detail

5. You can see the data that was logged about this inventory, when, and by who.
