WARNING! Messages!

As you move through the ConnectSx Platform you may encounter error or warning messages that pop up as red rectangular bubbles in the lower left of your screen or in the middle of the screen checking to make sure you are doing something purposefully. These can sometimes mean that there is a technical issue you should contact us about, but sometimes it is us telling you something important about your account. For instance:

1. Container with Bill of Materials is Overstocked: We know that you set up your Bills of Materials to manage certain par levels, so we want to check to make sure you know you’re going over par.

2. Adding inventory without Expiration Dates or Lot Numbers: Some of the key ways ConnectSx delivers value to companies like yours is to keep track of your inventory lot numbers and expiration dates, tying them to Events, and maintaining a chain of custody for these items. So we want to make sure you know when you’re adding inventory without that data present.
