How to get a container contents list

How to get a container contents list

Whether you’re shipping out a tray to the field or auditing what is missing from a tray, it is often useful to have a printout of the tray’s contents to distribute to the field or to bring with you to the warehouse. There are a few ways to get this information:

1. Look it up in the Inventory List (And then Export it)

  • Navigate to the All Inventory section of the Console

  • Click on the Inventory Filters

  • Filter for Devices

  • Then enter the Container ID

  • Apply the filters

  • Now you can view all of the contents of that container in the inventory list

  • To export this info, click on the Export button

  • Then select either (For more info on exports look here):

    • “inventory in the current search query only”

    • “Stock Export of inventory in the current search query only”

  • Export the file, and when you receive a notification, the contents list .CSV will be ready to download.

2. Print a .PDF of the container contents from the Container Detail Screen

  • Navigate to the Container Detail screen

  • Scroll down to the Devices section displaying the contents of the container

  • Click on “Export Device List”

  • Select .PDF

  • Your file will download

3. Download a .CSV from the Container Detail Screen

  • Navigate to the Container Detail screen

  • Scroll down to the Devices section displaying the contents of the container

  • Click on “Export Device List”

  • Select .CSV

  • Your file will download.
