How to disconnect ConnectSx from your Quickbooks Account

If you need to disconnect your integration with Quickbooks, you’ll need to do a couple of things:

First, disconnect Quickbooks on the ConnectSx side:

  1. Log into ConnectSx as an Admin

  2. Navigate to your Organization Settings

  3. Click “Disconnect Quickbooks Account”

 

Next, revoke authorization of ConnectSx in Quickbooks:

  1. Log into your Quickbooks account

  2. Navigate to the Apps section

     

  3. Click on the “My Apps” tab

  4. Then select “Deactivate” in the drop down menu for the ConnectSx App
