Hey Brendan, In our last issue of the Knowledge Xfer we showed you how you can update your inventory following a cycle count! If you missed it, check it out here! This week we want to show you a powerful tool in your arsenal as you roll out ConnectSx to your business - Directory Permissions. If you've explored ConnectSx or participated in training, you are probably familiar with the Directory where we store all of your critical business information (Facilities, Physicians, Procedures, and Manufacturers). Creating your directory information is a key step in the onboarding process, but assigning the directory permissions is just as critical. Directory permissions allow you to control which users can interact with which directory records. So, for instance, you could set it up so that only Distributor A can do cases at Hospital A, and Distributor B is the only one who can interact with Physician B, etc. While this is a powerful tool for managing your field operations whether you are a manufacturer or distributor, it's also a key step in making sure your sales users are ready to go!
