The Knowledge Xfer, Issue 14: Processing Cycle Counts

Hey There,

Last week we showed you how you can deactivate inventory manually in case you don't want to consume the inventory through the event workflow. If you missed it, check it out here.

This week we're building on that last week's foundation as we talk about how to manage cycle counts in ConnectSx. Our goal at ConnectSx is to help you keep your inventory 100% accurate, but we also know that inventory inevitably will probably get out of whack... it just... happens. And when it happens we need to deal with it so we can get your inventory counts back where they need to be - and that's why we do cycle counts.

Cycle counts and inventory audits are probably pretty familiar to you, but what happens once you're done? How do you make all of those changes reflect in ConnectSx? Well there are a few ways to do this using functionality you probably are already using. Check out our article about it in the Knowledge Base!

All the best,
Brendan Sweeney
