The Knowledge Xfer, Issue 7: Inventory Map View

Hey There, In last week's issue of the Knowledge Xfer we showed you how to set up customer specific contract pricing to reduce confusion in the billing process. If you missed it, feel free to check it out! This week we're going to look at a slick new feature we dropped into the Inventory > Templates section of the Console: a Google Maps-driven location display! Now when you apply custom locations to your inventory you can view where they are on the map - zoom in on a location to see more detail. You'll first need to create Custom Locations for your inventory and apply them to the trays and devices that are in the field - here's more info on how to do that. Once that's done, you can go to the Locations page and click on the map icon. Viola! You can even filter to individual locations to view what's there.
