When inventory is being sent to a user, a transfer must be created. When the transfer is initiated, the recipient will be notified on their dashboard with a “Pending Transfer” allowing the Sales User to accept the inventory into their custody so it can be used in a case. (Admin users may accept/decline transfers on the behalf of the other users, but we recommend letting users mark status on their own once inventory has actually been received - to keep things real time).
On the Dashboard view your pending transfers, and click on one for a shortcut to the transfer detail page where you may accept or decline them.
2. Click “Accept” to confirm the transfer and add those devices to your inventory.
3. If you select “Decline” this will prevent the devices from being added to your inventory, but you will be required to provide a reason for why you declined the transfer.
