Viewing the Transfer and Inventory Request History in vTrakr

You can use vTrakr to review current and past Inventory Requests and Inventory Transfers by status. This allows you to see all inventory requested and received with just a few taps.

Instructions

To see your pending and past inventory requests and inventory transfers:

  1. Navigate to the Inventory tab in vTrakr using the links at the bottom of the screen

  2. At the top of the page you will see options for “Inventory” (your current on hand devices), “Requests” (the items you have requested) and “Transfers” (the items that have been transferred into your custody)

  3. Select “Requests” and you will see options for “Created”, “Partial”, “Fulfilled”, and “Cancelled”

  • Created: the requests that have been created but no action has been taken by the recipient

  • Partial: the recipient has partially fulfilled the request, but additional items are outstanding

  • Fulfilled: the request has been identified as complete by the recipient

  • Cancelled: either you OR the recipient cancelled the inventory request

4. Select “Transfers” and you will see options for “Pending”, “Accepted”, and “Declined”

  • Pending: transfers that are awaiting your acceptance or rejection

  • Accepted: transfers that you have accepted, with items being placed in your custody

  • Declined: transfers that you have rejected. The inventory is NOT in your custody (part of your stock), but the physical items may still be in your possession.

Note: Inventory details (information about a specific, individual piece of inventory) are only available for devices in your custody. If you click on an inventory item in the history section that you have not yet accepted into your custody (or that you have since transferred to another individual), you will be prompted that those device details are no longer available.
