In order to ensure you’re maximizing your sales you have to be on top of your Event Schedule to make sure you’re servicing all of your cases. ConnectSx can help you do that digitally and easily manage coordination with your manufacturer through the platform.
First, see your case data right on the Dashboard when you log in.
The Events Overview shows you how many open and closed (pending POs) events you have at a given time. Click on either of these numbers and it will jump you to the broader event schedule, already filtered for that type of Event.
2. The Events Tab displays your broader Event Schedule. Automatically filtered for your open events, you have the ability to filter for Open, Closed, Completed, or Paid Events while also viewing all of the Event detail.
Click on an event to open up its Event Detail screen where you can take action on the case such as marking items as used, requesting inventory, and even adding the Event to your phone calendar.
