So... you don’t have time to go through the whole training guide - I get it - and that’s ok! Here are the basics you’ll need to take care of before you can dive in and start exploring. You can probably figure out a lot on your own, but if you find you have questions you can always let us know!
Download vTrakr* from the iOS App Store for you iPhone. If you’ve already done that, GREAT! Go ahead and move on to step 2.
Create an Account
The first thing you should do after downloading is sign up with your email address and create a password. Follow the prompts on screen to proceed.
Add Your Manufacturers by clicking on the “More…” tab along the bottom of the screen and click on “Add Manufacturer” to enter your information.
Add Your Inventory* by using the navigation bar to get back to the dashboard. Click on “Add Inventory”, and add the required information, like your manufacturer, the product line, and the relevant device. Rinse and Repeat : )
Schedule Your Cases by navigating to the dashboard and clicking “create case”, entering the relevant information, and clicking “Save” in the upper right corner.
Now you’re all set! You can get started using vTrakr to manage your inventory and cases.
With these steps completed you can add inventory to cases, execute cases, record device use, generate billing documents, request inventory, and more.
Use the table of contents to find more specific instructions on the deeper functions of the apps. And enjoy!
Note: These steps are geared towards the vTrakr app as it is the most accessible. However, if you have subscribed to the platform and are loading a large amount of inventory, you can run through this in the Console instead utilizing a .csv file upload.
