Attach Implant Stickers to Sales Order Form in vTrakr

There are many instances where device or inventory stickers need to be a part of the official case records that are left with the Hospital and/or sent back to corporate headquarters. Using your iPhone’s camera, you are able to photograph multiple implant stickers and associate them with the Sales Order Form/DUT. These will then be included in the PDF as attached pages (the number of pages will depend on the number of stickers photographed).

Instructions

To add implant or other inventory stickers to the Sales Order Form/DUT:

1. Select the relevant event from the Events section using the navigation at the bottom of the screen

2. At the bottom of the Event page, click the “+” button under the “Device Labels” heading

3. When prompted, decide if you are picking images form your photo library or taking new images with the camera

4. Select and confirm the images

   Open

   

   1. You will see thumbnails of the images in the “Device Labels” section

   2. You can remove images by clicking the “x” in the top right corner of any thumbnail

5. When you print the PDF, you will get 1 or more pages with the device labels included
