    • Added the ability to auto remove items from a container to fix an overage based on an assigned BOM

    • Created an Inspection workflow for devices and containers that tracks inspection status and history

    • Created a set checkin workflow to process containers returned from the field tracking checkin status and history.

    • Created a link between individual inventory items and the import that created them

    • Added a filter to allow you to search inventory by the import they are associated with

    • Added “Created On” date column for all inventory items in the Inventory Export report

    • Added the ability to send to Catalog # to the Quickbooks SKU field if that field exists in customer’s Invoice template

    • Added a setting that allows an Org to bill any manufacturer in their account as the default organization

    • Added a feature to prevent expired items from being added to specific Event types: Case, Loan, Stocking Order, Subscription, Trial

    • Added a check box allowing field user to confirm “All devices at Facility, Ready for Use”

    • Added the ability to reverse the sort order of the Device Usage list in the Device Detail page

    • Added a feature to allow a user to remove a PO number from a previously closed case (Removal returns case status to “Pending PO”)

    • Added option to bulk mark all items in an Event as “No Charge”

    • Added ability for user to select future date in the Event Date filter

    • Added flag next to any item “Devices Used” of an Event tab without a corresponding Facility Contract Price set.

  • User Roles

    • Added a user role “Custodian Only” that allows organizations to have non-licensed users who can hold custody but not log into the system

    • Added the ability for Distributors to view sales reports for the Sales users in their group

  • Inventory Transfers and Requests

    • Added the ability for an Admin to associated existing Transfers with existing Inventory Requests

    • Added the ability for Admins to reset Due Back dates without transferring inventory

    • Added the ability to set Due Back dates in the transfer workflow

    • Added the ability for an admin to modify items inside a pending transfer (remove/add)

    • Added the ability to fulfill requests with unlimited Partial Fulfillments

    • Added the requirement that items added to a container through a transfer will inherit the location of the container they are transferred into

    • Added a calendar view to the Request List page that shows items by the assigned “Need-by” date

    • Added the ability to add a tag to inventory during the transfer process

  • Fixed an issue that prevented NOTES from the Quickbooks template from being retained when data was exported from the Console

  • Fixed a filter issue when using Facility Stock items in a Case that prevented those items from showing as “Used” until the case was closed

  • Fixed an issue that prevented some users from selecting an item by its search tag in an event or transfer

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the system from ignoring capitalization on the user’s email address during the User Invite process

  • Fixed an issue that caused the site to direct some users to an error page while generating sales reports

    • Added billable total to the top level event details so users don’t need to click into the Devices Used page
