A critical step in the process of getting paid is to send the invoice to the facility and ConnectSx can help you keep track of this! As long as you are using the “Send as email attachment” method to share the invoice with the facility, ConnectSx will tell you which Events still need to have their invoice sent. Check it out here.

Another critical step is making sure you get paid for all of your cases, and ConnectSx helps you keep track of this.
Navigate to the Events page
Filter for “Invoice Paid” and the results will display only Events where the “Invoice Paid” box is checked.
Track if the Commission is Paid
It can be equally challenging to track the payment of Commissions to your Reps, but ConnectSx has got you covered (as long as you are checking off when the commission is paid in the event detail).

Filter for “Commission Paid”, the results will show only Events where Commission Paid is checked off.
