What’s New

User Controls and Settings
- Add a setting to allow Admins to turn OFF email notifications for Inventory Transfers
- Add a reply-to email on all transfer and request emails as the sending user’s email address
- Add a setting that allows the Admin to auto-trigger sending the Sales Order to the facility contact when the event is submitted
- Add a setting that allows an admin to auto-send weekly PO reminders to the facility billing contact email address
- Add a new section for easy access to version numbers and release notes
- Allow admin user to turn off Inventory Request email notifications
Inventory Improvements
- Improve the Inventory Import to pull catalog # descriptions into the Product Catalog master data if a description does not exist for the catalog # being imported
- Add the ability to enter a “Lead Time” in weeks for each catalog item in the item master list, allowing for better alerts and reports for reorder points
Event Improvements
- Add new filters to Mark Used Inventory in Events so a user can more easily find the inventory they need by filtering to specific assigned containers
- Allow items marked with Facility Stock to be added to a Stock Adjustment by an Admin
Directory Improvements
- Add a feature to mark a Facility as International and then use that designation as a filter
- Add a feature that adds a new contact record for a Facility IF the user sends the Sales Order Email to an unknown contact (a contact not already in the system)
- Add the ability to add additional contact details to Manufacturer records
UI/UX
- Improve the layout and navigation of long pages by using collapsed accordion sections
Reporting
- Remove visualizations from the Reports section and integrate them directly into their contextual sections. Sales visualizations are now on the Events page and Inventory visualizations are on the All Inventory page
- Added new downloadable reports for Directory and User data

Improved Visualization Reports
- Updating the core infrastructure of our Visual Reporting infrastructure to improve overall capabilities.
Event Improvements
- Added the ability to mark an event “PAID” from the Event list screen
- Added the ability to create new inventory while marking items as used in an Event
- Added the ability to CC a second email when sending the Sales Order email as attachment from inside the system
Inventory Improvements
- Added ability to bulk release items from containers
- Added search tags field to items in the Catalog
- Added the ability to remove an expiration date from an item (Item must not have a UDI with an Expiration Date entered)
- Added the ability to create a request recipe based on a Bill of Materials
- Added the ability to add an image of a container to the exported device list PDF from that container
- Added a feature to display which catalog numbers are preventing more complete sets from being built in a BOM
Movement Improvements
- Added the total # of an item that is available to the transfer selection screen
- Expanded the max amount of an item that can be added to the transfer to the total # available
- Added the ability to select who inventory is being transferred FROM without first selecting their role
- Added the ability for any Admin to modify a transfer, not just the creator
- Added the ability to view the total number of items selected before creating a transfer
Settings Improvements
- Added a manufacturer setting that when turned on automatically sends a copy of the sales order form to the manufacturer when an event is submitted
UI/UX Improvements
- Implemented design improvements to multiple interfaces across the platform
- Improved search function on Mobile to allow more time to type search terms before executing query
- Added ability to apply “Exact search matches” or “partial search matches” in your list searches
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that caused catalog numbers with more than one assigned product line to show more than once on the “Requested” tab in the inventory request workflow wizard
- Addressed an issue that prevented inventory tags created on import from displaying in the auto-complete dropdown
- Fixed an issue that caused the “Next” button to be active in the “Create Inventory” flow before all required fields were filled
- Fixed an issue in the Inventory request Purchase Order PDF that caused items assigned to multiple product lines to display more than once
