  • User Controls and Settings

    • Implement a security feature to allow a user to close all active sessions of their account

    • Add a setting to allow Admins to turn OFF email notifications for Inventory Transfers

    • Add a reply-to email on all transfer and request emails as the sending user’s email address

    • Add a setting that allows the Admin to auto-trigger sending the PO to the facility contact when the event is submitted

    • Add a setting that allows an admin to auto-send weekly PO reminders to the facility billing contact email address

    • Add a new section for easy access to version numbers and release notes

    • Allow admin user to turn off Inventory Request email notifications

  • Inventory Improvements

    • Add a feature to allow an operations user to assign an inventory audit to other users in the system, including sales, distributors, or other operations users

    • Add a feature to allow users to complete assigned inventory audits

    • Improve the Inventory Import to pull catalog # descriptions into the Product Catalog master data if a description does not exist for the catalog # being imported

    • Add the ability to enter a “Lead Time” in weeks for each catalog item in the item master list, allowing for better alerts and reports for reorder points

  • Event Improvements

    • Add new filters to Mark Used Inventory in Events so a user can more easily find the inventory they need by filtering to specific assigned containers

    • Allow items marked with Facility Stock to be added to a Stock Adjustment by an Admin

  • Directory Improvements

    • Add a feature to mark a Facility as International and then use that designation as a filter

    • Add a feature that adds a new contact record for a Facility IF the user sends the Sales Order Email to an unknown contact (a contact not already in the system)

    • Add the ability to add additional contact details to Manufacturer records

  • UI/UX

    • Improve the layout and navigation of long pages by using collapsed accordion sections

  • Reporting

    • Remove visualizations from the Reports section and integrate them directly into their contextual sections. Sales visualizations are now on the Events page and Inventory visualizations are on the All Inventory page

    • Added new downloadable reports for Directory and User data
