What’s New

• Integration Improvements

  • Adding the ability to map Event Date to a custom Quickbooks field, as well as showing the names of your Quickbooks custom fields in the UI

    • NOTE: there are significant limitations to the way Quickbooks allows data mappings. You can learn more about those limitations here.

• UI/UX Improvements

  • Adding new labels to indicate if an Operations user is an “ADMIN” (can change user settings for other operations users) or “OPERATIONS” (can perform current admin functions but CANNOT change any other user’s permissions)

  • Adding the ability to select which columns a user displays on various list pages

  • Improving the visual indication of invalid or missing fields

• Event Improvements

  • Adding the ability to create and share a “quote” prior to inventory being marked in an event

  • Adding the ability to use the Event Quote as a device use filter to more quickly find inventory to mark as used in the Case

  • Adding the ability to “auto-add” items to an event by scanning barcodes. Scanned items will add exactly 1 of each matching item scanned

  • Adding a checkbox to events in the Pending Payment state “Processed” and an associated filter to view events by “Processed” and “Unprocessed”

  • Making improvements to the Sales Order and Invoice PDFs to make information more consolidated to reduce number of pages in the PDF

• Inventory Improvements

  • Removing the “Auto Refill” button from line items in a container/BOM. “Auto Refill All” will still be available

  • Adding a new filter to show catalog items that are “in stock”

• Inventory Transfers and Requests Improvements

  • Adding transfer acceptance details to the packing slip PDF

  • Adding the ability to for a user to export a packing slip that shows all items or only containers

  • Adding the ability to auto-add items to a transfer by scanning barcodes and automatically adding 1 of any matching item

  • Adding the ability to name transfers (transfer will still be automatically named based on items included but can be overridden with any custom name)

  • Adding the ability to “Complete” an inventory request that has only been partially fulfilled or received

  • Adding the ability to add/remove items from a request that was created using a request recipe

  • Adding a visual indicator when a request is for replenishment

  • Adding the ability to add a Reps name and address when making an inventory request from a supplier that will be drop-shipped to a rep and NOT sent to the Org

  • Allowing transfers that encounter errors to be cancelled and inventory released

  • Adding a chip to show numbers of days until expiration for all devices that are being selected for transfer

• Users Improvements

  • Adding the ability to upload documents to the user detail page (distributor contracts, etc.)

  • Adding the ability to assign locations to Distributors and Sales Reps to limit location visibility for those users

  • Adding a setting that let’s admin allow sales reps and distributors to change the price of any item, even if there is a facility price associated

  • Adding a setting for admins to require patient stickers and/or device labels be added to a case before it can be submitted for billing

  • Adding the ability to assign reusable Global Price sheets to facilities

  • Adding the ability to deactivate BOMs

• Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that created the potential for inventory conflicts when multiple admin users are executing transfers simultaneously

  • Fixed a bug that was caused some users to get an error on login, prior to successful login
