Name is ONLY auto-created when the name field is left blank when saving the Case. The auto-created name can be edited by the User at any time. Transfer and Request Improvements Removed Transfer emails from being sent to the Org when an admin creates the transfer from a field user backto the Organization Added a “Items Requested” tab in the transfer workflow when fulfilling a request to simplify access to the list of items requested Added the “Ship To” fields to the request workflow when the Org is requesting inventory from their suppliers
