A critical step in the process of getting paid is to send the invoice to the facility and ConnectSx can help you keep track of this! As long as you are using the “Send as email attachment” method to share the invoice with the facility, ConnectSx will tell you which Events still need to have their invoice sent. Check it out here.

  1. Navigate to the Events page

  2. Filter for “Invoice Paid” and the results will display only Events where the “Invoice Paid” box is checked.
