What’s New

  • UI/UX Improvements

    • Replaced the “Grey” theme with a high-contrast “Dark Blue” theme

    • Added a visual User Tree to show how users are related to one another and their associated distributors and managers

    • Made improvements to the “Quick Lookup” widget on the Dashboard

    • Updated the Recent User Activity view in the User detail page

    • General improvements to saving and cancelling across portions of the app

  • Reporting Improvements

    • Updated the Transfer Report to include one line per matching catalog/lot included in a transfer, to make it easier to audit movements at the individual lot level

    • Added a tab for Inventory Exports from the Reports > Data Exports section to make it easier to run simple (unfiltered) exports while managing other reporting tasks

    • Updates Cases report to include ALL case statuses, including Open and Cancelled

  • Transfer and Request Improvements

    • Added the ability for user to make a request from a Request Recipe even if the event doesn’t match the physician and procedure assigned to the original recipe

    • Streamlined and updated the Inventory Request workflow to be more consistent with other ConnectSx workflows

    • Added support to the inventory request process to account for Product Modifiers, allowing users to select from multiple available versions of a product line without the need to create multiple individual products in ConnectSxImprovements to the Dashboard widgets, including the ability to add up to 5 users to compare totals sales

    • UI improvements to Create Inventory workflow

    • Updated data and time fields on the Event detail layout

  • Reporting Improvements

    • On Total Sales reports, added grouping by distributor

    • Added new filters to Inventory Export from Reports > Data Exports page to allow for exporting of Containers only, Expired inventory only, Overdue inventory only

    • Added column to Case Report to show request and transfers associated with events to simplify identifying when cases were cancelled after inventory was sent

    • Added Container Catalog ID to Container Turn report

    • Added “Started by” column on the Inventory Export history to show who initiated the export

    • Updated report UI to allow users to select the current day. Note: For companies with a international business, user-specific time zones can impact what items are included in the current day

  • Transfer and Request Improvements

    • Added feature to send an automated email to the Transfer Recipient when inventory is being sent

    • Added the ability to define one or more email addresses as recipients for the Inventory Request Notification email

    • Added device description to the item search list when requesting loose inventory

  • Event and Case Management Improvements

    • Added bulk updating of matching inventory items in the Devices Used list on the Event Detail pagefeature to save username and date of users Cancelling or Reopening events. Note: Only most recent re-open will be recorded

    • Added ability to search Return events by RA# defined in event

    • Added Column in Event list to show if an invoice has been sent

    • Added new filters to show events by Invoice Sent, Invoice Paid, Commission Paid

  • Inventory Management Improvements

    • Added the capability to assign a pre-existing catalog ID to a container IF there are NO Inventory Items currently associated with that catalog ID

    • Added a max limit of 500 items to containers to improve overall performance when loading, creating, and transferring containers.

    • Re-implemented the Containers Possible to the BOM page to show users how many kits can be created for a given BOM, given inventory in stock

  • Product Catalog Improvements

    • Added the ability to assign “Product Modifiers” to product lines, supporting the notion of product families and product line variations (PEEK, MIS, Non-Sterile, etc.)

    • Added the ability to add and remove product lines from individual catalog items. All catalogs will require at least one associated product line

  • Directory Improvements

    • Improved the UI for saving States to Facility Records

    • Added a new field to capture the Country when a state/province is selected“requested by,” “ship to,” “need by,” “event,” and “facility” information to the Pick List PDF

    • Added “Warehouse location” column and data to the Pick List PDF from the Inventory Request detail page to help operations personnel pick, pack, ship

    • Added a feature to the Container detail page when using “Auto Refill All” that will provide a printable pick list with all items added to the container to simplify the pick and restock process

  • Product Catalog Improvements

    • Added “Warehouse Location” field to Catalog Record detail to allow admins to define a specific warehouse location where those items are shelved

    • Updated Product and Catalog list pages to expose the “Active” and “Inactive” filters at the top level

  • Directory Improvements

    • Added an icon to Facility list page to identify when facility pricing has been added. Note: This icon will display as soon as at least one price has been added to the facility

    • Added a filter to the Facility list page to allow filtering by “has facility pricing”
