What’s New

  • UI/UX Improvements

    • Replaced the “Grey” theme with a high-contrast “Dark Blue” theme

    • Added a visual User Tree to show how users are related to one another and their associated distributors and managers

    • Made improvements to the “Quick Lookup” widget on the Dashboard

    • Updated the Recent User Activity view in the User detail page

    • General improvements to saving and cancelling across portions of the app

  • Reporting Improvements

    • Updated the Transfer Report to include one line per matching catalog/lot included in a transfer, to make it easier to audit movements at the individual lot level

    • Added a tab for Inventory Exports from the Reports > Data Exports section to make it easier to run simple (unfiltered) exports while managing other reporting tasks

    • Updates Cases report to include ALL case statuses, including Open and Cancelled

  • Transfer and Request Improvements

    • Added the ability for user to make a request from a Request Recipe even if the event doesn’t match the physician and procedure assigned to the original recipe

    • Streamlined and updated the Inventory Request workflow to be more consistent with other ConnectSx workflows

    • Added support to the inventory request process to account for Product Modifiers, allowing users to select from multiple available versions of a product line without the need to create multiple individual products in ConnectSx

    • Added bulk updating of matching inventory items in the Devices Used list on the Event Detail page

  • Inventory Management Improvements

    • Added the capability to assign a pre-existing catalog ID to a container IF there are NO Inventory Items currently associated with that catalog ID

    • Added a max limit of 500 items to containers to improve overall performance when loading, creating, and transferring containers.

    • Re-implemented the Containers Possible to the BOM page to show users how many kits can be created for a given BOM, given inventory in stock

  • Product Catalog Improvements

    • Added the ability to assign “Product Modifiers” to product lines, supporting the notion of product families and product line variations (PEEK, MIS, Non-Sterile, etc.)

    • Added the ability to add and remove product lines from individual catalog items. All catalogs will require at least one associated product line

  • Directory Improvements

    • Improved the UI for saving States to Facility Records

    • Added a new field to capture the Country when a state/province is selected
