Welcome to the training guide for Admin Users in the ConnectSx Platform! ConnectSx has been designed to simplify your life, save you time, reduce manual headaches, and help you run a more streamlined business. Its our hope that by using the platform you’ll be able to optimize your business and maintain a strong, digitally connected value chain for your customers. 

1. Your first step is going to be getting logged into the console.

2. To get started we’d first like you to walk through how the surgical case workflow works. This section will show you the whole pipeline and how the vTrakr users (sales users) interact with the Console (admin) users. This is important for understanding how you connect with your other users, keep track of case activity, and support your case volume.

3. Next, we want to cover some basics of how you will use the Console on a Day-to Day basis. The best place to start is going to be understanding how to use your Dashboard.

4. A key piece of maintaining quality and regulatory standards, as well as running an efficient business, is keeping your data clean and up to date. Lets dive into how to manage the data that is critical to your business:

5. A core component of this business is keeping information accurate with current activity as you coordinate with the field. This is an area where balls can easily be dropped, so let's go through how you engage with your reps and how you keep the system up to date with new information.

7. One of the  last things you want to happen is to run out of inventory and not be able to support sales You will also need to be aware of case activity so you can support the demand for inventory. So next, I'd like to go through the functionality that will help you make sure you're getting your reps what they need and keep you in stock.
