With our recent update you You can now add users to your account without sending them an invitation! . Why might you want to do this, you may ask?

  • Well this can be useful when you are onboarding new users and need to get their inventory set up in the system, which can take time, but requires the account to exist.

  • Another instance would be if you need to get inventory set up in their account, but they still need to be trained and you don’t want to deliver access yet.

  • A final example is if you’d like to set up the account and enter events and inventory movement for the account manually for tracking purposes, with the intent of bringing the user on some time in the future. Whatever the case may be, now you can do it! Follow the steps below to add a user with this method:

...

  1. Navigate to the User screen of the console

  2. INSTEAD of filling out the email address and clicking “Invite”, click “Add user without sending invite”

  3. Then fill out the pop-up form with the Email address, the user role (from the dropdown), the name, and optional phone number.

  4. Click “Invite” and the user will be added.
