  1. Click on "Offline Mode" at the bottom of the navigation menu.

  2. Select the duration of your offline session (1, 2, 4, or 8 hours).

  3. Choose the events you'll need to work with while offline.

  4. Click on "Start Preloading Data".

  5. You'll receive a notification confirming that you're now in offline mode. You'll also see an orange banner at the top of your screen, reminding you that you're offline.

    1. NOTE: To use offline mode you need at least 500MB of available space on your phone to support the data download

That's it! Now you can work on your cases without worrying about internet connectivity issues. Once you're back online, your data will be synced automatically.inding you.
